Refund policy

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund for any item that has been damaged or used beyond normal wear and tear. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to protect your return package.
